Your personal data listed above is processed for the purposes below due to provisions, regulations and application communiques of Turkish Commercial Code in force for establishment and continuance of sales contract within the framework of legal relationship established between the Company and Potential product or service buyer/Product or service buyer and arising out of product sales:

• Recording address and other necessary information for communication,
• Contacting with our customers, giving necessary information about conditions, current status and updates of the contracts we have concluded under relevant articles of distance sales contract and Law on the Protection of the Customer,
• Arranging all records and documents that will constitute a basis for processing electronically (internet/mobile etc.) or on paper,
• Performing the liabilities undertaken in accordance with the contracts we have concluded under relevant articles of distance sales contract and Law on the Protection of the Customer,
• Being able to give information to public officials upon request and under the legislation about the issues related to public security,

Your personal data will be kept for the maximum period stated in the relevant legislation or necessary for the purpose of its being processed and, in any event, for legal periods of limitation.

Your personal data is transferred to the relevant department within the organization and the dealers which are closest locationally other than official agencies and organizations.

As Koleksiyon, we collect personal data to fulfil provisions, regulations and application communiques of Turkish Commercial Code, Law on the Protection of the Customer and our other legal responsibilities, to fulfil the liabilities arising out of legitimate interests of the Company by means of your transferring your personal data orally, physically or in electronic media.

In accordance with article 11 of the Law, by applying to KOLEKSİYON, you are entitled:

• to learn whether personal data is processed or not, to demand information if your personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is processed according to the intended use
• to know third persons to whom data is transferred at home or abroad, to make request for correction if personal data has been processed incompletely or wrongly, to demand deletion or elimination of your personal data within the framework of the conditions anticipated in article 7 of the Law,
• to demand that the correction, deletion and elimination operations made in accordance with your rights stated above are notified to the third persons to whom personal data is transferred,
• to object to any result against you by analysing your processed personal data by means of automatic systems exclusively, to demand for recovery of losses if you incur any loss due to illegal processing of your personal data.
